This exclusive three-part experience empowered 47 store managers (DSM, RSM, and Store Managers) with transformative skills and strategies, enhancing their ability to drive business results, manage change, and lead with confidence.

Through an expertly crafted curriculum, participants mastered a new sales model based on personality types, equipping them to train their teams effectively and implement customer-centric strategies. The program featured 21 team and individual coaching exercises, 12 proven managerial techniques, and 6 high-impact tasks designed for real-world application. Designed to be both dynamic and immersive, the training combined hands-on practice with deep strategic insights, ensuring every participant could immediately apply their newfound expertise in real-world scenarios.

These were reinforced by deep meditation sessions and – most importantly – vision board creation, a tool that became a central pillar of this pioneering program.
