ABOUT TheBigDream™ BOARD

Sizes are adapted to the shipping zones and the availability of the standardized frames in this zone.

In the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zeeland our posters come in these sizes:

  • 16×20 inches (40.64×50.80 cm)
  • 20×28 inches (50.80×71.12 cm)
  • 24×36 inch (60.96×91.44 cm)

In all European countries and all other countries in the world posters are printed in these sizes:

  • 40×50 cm
  • 50×70 cm
  • 61×91 cm

The same rule applies if you go for a digital print – our PDF file which you can download immediately after your purchase.

The sizes in inches and centimeters vary slightly but are adapted to standard frames widely available in these countries.

Unfortunately, we do not sell framed posters or frames at the moment. However, we have designed our posters so they meet the sizes of the standard frames, which you can buy yourself in stationery stores or at most online stores and online stores such as Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Ikea as well as many other stationery shops with a photo or home accessories.

Unfortunately, the frame is not included in the price and we are not selling the frames at the moment, but we will introduce this option soon.

We will constantly adapt to the needs of recipients and gradually expand our offer.

Currently each poster is rolled and packed in a secure standard carton box.

We are currently working to introduce our beautiful custom made ULTIMATE BLACK MATT BOXES. They will be available all over the world at the same time.

As soon as those are ready we will announce them on our website and on our social media channels.

After very long research and testing, we have decided to print our posters on the special 210µm PP FILM. It’s an excellent environmentally friendly material (more HERE) which offers fantastic quality and properties of our prints.

Detailed properties:

  • Super sharp photo-quality prints with amazing color brilliance and saturation
  • Prints in very high resolution up to 1440 dpi (depends on the quality of your uploaded photos so please make sure to upload high resolution and high-quality photos)
  • It’s a tear, scratch, and crease-resistant film so your prints can last longer
  • It doesn’t absorb water and it’s water-resistant
  • It’s very durable and dimensionally stable
  • Printed with the use of non-toxic inks.

In the United States, Canada, Australia*, and New Zeeland* our posters come in these sizes for both options PRINTED POSTER and DIGITAL POSTER:

* Soon we will offer shipping of a PRINTED POSTER for customers from Australia and New Zealand where we will be able to offer over there printed posters in inches as well as Middle East/Asia where we will print and ship posters printed in cm.

On January 5th, 2021 we will lunch the VALENTINE’S COLLECTION which will include 14 new beautiful backgrounds.

Except that we are working to introduce one more collection called – LIMITED EDITION.

That’s gonna be something extraordinary and available in small limited quantities only. We’re planning to launch it at the end of Q3 2021.

There is one ULTIMATE COLLECTION available now which includes 21 beautiful pastel colors.

COLOR DISCLAIMER

Due to the many variations in monitors and browsers, the color of products may appear different on different monitors. Computer monitors, mobile phones, and tablets are not all calibrated equally and color reproduction on the Internet is not precise. Since it is not possible to guarantee our online colors will look the same on all computers, we do not guarantee that what you see accurately portrays the color of the actual product. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of the products we carry and that appear on the website, but cannot guarantee that what you see is an exact representation. If it is crucial for you that the color be exact, it is highly recommended that you contact us and we will give you a color code that you can check the sample at any print-lab, before placing an order.

In most cases, the photos of our dream boards presented online will work for most people. We do not use any filters or other effects on photos where the boards are shown so they appear exactly as they are. They may vary slightly from the actual printed product and we cannot be responsible for these differences due to the use of different printing technologies, inks, etc.

Note: Just because products have the same color name for example as for some paint in the shop, that does not mean they are the same exact color. Also, don’t mistake the color name to be what you may think that color should be. For example, just because a color may have the name Cappuccino, it does not mean it will necessarily look like what most people would consider being a cappuccino color. Please do not order using color names as your guide, we just made these names to look nicer for you.

You can choose our DIGITAL POSTER and download your ready custom-made poster in a PDF file immediately after you complete your purchase. You can print the poster in any photo-lab near your place. Such labs are widely available in every city.

There is also one more fantastic feature coming to our website in January 2021.

These will be the ready sets FOR HER, FOR HIM, FOR THEM.

If you need a quick but unique and memorable gift for a birthday, Valentine’s day, bachelor party, anniversary, wedding, or any other occasion these sets will be the perfect option for you. You can still customize the Quote/Personal Dedication, change color, and as many photos, as you need or want. The gift will be ready in literally just a few minutes. If You are really in hurry choose DIGITAL POSTER in our generator and download it as a PDF and print it in any photo-lab near your place or if you still have time and you live in the USA, Canada, EU you can choose the PRINTED POSTER option and get it shipped to your home.

At the moment it’s not possible to save and continue later but we are programming this option now and it will be available in January 2021.

It will be possible to save up to 7 favorite boards for up to 14 days. After this time they will be automatically deleted.

Each saved design will have a date & time stamp so you can identify them easily.

Yes, you can order as many boards as you want. Once you complete the design of your first dream board and you add it to the cart, you will find an option “ADD ANOTHER”  to start designing a new one.

You still can preview or delete any of the boards once you will go back to the cart.

You can easily create a dream board from your computer, tablet, or your phone. You only need to have the photos you want to use on the selected device or use our ready-made dream boards for her, him, and them (coming January 2021)

ORDERS & SHIPPING

If you placed an order, confirmation email will be sent to you.

If you have decided to purchase DIGITAL POSTER a download link to a PDF file will be included in that mail so you can immediately download your dream board.

If you have decided to purchase PRINTED POSTER your order went into the queue for printing. Please wait for the next email from us which will include a tracking code so you will be able to check where is your shipment.

In light of the COVID-19 outbreak, we thought it would be helpful to let you know a little about our printing and packing process. For environmental reasons we always create, print, and ship all our prints as locally as possible. If you purchase the Dream Board in the USA it is printed and packed in California. If you are in any of the European countries your Dream Board is shipped from Poland.

We want to reassure you that we are taking all necessary steps to follow the World Health Organization and local authorities’ guidelines on COVID-19. Our priority is the safety of our customers, employees, and partners. We have resources in place across our facilities to ensure to monitor the situation actively and respond with proper measures if necessary adhering to Government advice. 

We are currently taking a number of additional precautions including:

  • Reinsuring the good personal hygiene of all staff and supplying gloves and antibacterial hand sanitizers to everyone across our labs
  • Additional and regular cleaning of all equipment and communal areas with disinfection liquids proven to be effective against COVID-19
  • Increasing awareness of staff and visitors who may have been exposed to high-risk areas 
  • Advanced planning in our supply chain for all the shipping zones.
  • Working with our teams and partners to ensure our staff are aware of the latest government protocols

We are fully aware that mistakes can happen, that’s why we try to help you with that. Therefore, if you made a mistake with the information on the poster, we can give you access again (up to 14 days from the moment of order) so you can correct and order a new version for half the original price.

If your order was made more than 14 days ago we do not have any possibility to access your design anymore. Please contact us through help@thebigdream.co

If you have recently placed an order, you have 24 hours from placing your order to make the necessary adjustments. Please contact us at our support portal so we can see what can be done.

We currently cooperate with two printing houses in the world, the first in The United States in California and the second in Poland. We are already in talks with more partners around the world which will result in even faster and cheaper shipments going to Australia, New Zeeland, Asia, and the Middle East.

All orders are shipped with tracking codes. If you have any problems with your shipment or think it should have already been delivered – email us at help@thebigdream.co and we will take care of it for you. We cannot talk to carriers on your behalf, but there may be some information we can help you with when you talk to them.

If there is a situation where you received a confirmation of receipt of the package before receiving it, do not panic! Probably your shipping will reach you any day. If you’re in doubt, contact the carrier. It may also happen that the carrier has left the package at your address. Therefore, check it carefully before calling them. If you still haven’t solved your problem, please write to us at help@thebigdream.co

As you know, printing and organization are 100% dependent on us, and we take full responsibility for the quality of the product. Nevertheless, we rely on our partners for shipping. We emphasize accuracy and professionalism, which is why we cooperate with the best. But regardless of us, there may be problems with generating the tracking code. Sometimes there may be a delay in updating the code. If you won’t receive it within 7 working days from the date when you have placed your order please contact us at help@thebigdream.co

When your order is ready and the carrier has collected it, you will receive an e-mail with a special code for tracking the shipment. Depending on what time the order was processed, the waiting time for this code is from 1 to 5 business days. Some codes are generated only after the package is delivered to the sorting center. If you do not receive the email with the code within 7 days, please contact our service office at help@thebigdream.co

In the United States, Canada, and entire Europe we are using one of the best courier companies UPS as our standard shipping service. The cost of this service is included in the price.

Following options will be available soon:

  • Next-Day shipment (available at additional cost)
  • Pick up a collection point (depends on the location) is also available. Check at www.ups.com

Once your package is collected by the carrier, you will receive a link with a tracking code. You may contact the local office of the carrier mentioned in the confirmation email you received from us. If you have any problems contacting the carrier and if you still haven’t solved your problem, please contact us at help@thebigdream.co

If it turns out that:

  • The poster is damaged in transport
  • You are not satisfied with the print quality
  • Improper printing, caused by our oversight


Please contact our support team at help@thebigdream.co immediately after you notice the issue and send photos of the poster and/or packaging showing it’s damaged. Our customer service team will agree on the proper solution to your problem.

If you have selected the wrong product, color, or size when marking your order, we cannot accept returns due to customer error, wrong order size or customer oversight, or partial returns. However please contact us at help@thebigdream.co and explain your problem so we will see how we can help.

In the absence of the recipient at home or the person authorized to collect the shipment, the carrier will take a second attempt to deliver the shipment to you or it will be left at the nearest UPS ACCESS POINT where it has to be collected within 10 calendar days. After this time it will send back to us and we will be able to send it back to you once you cover the additional shipping cost.

You will be notified about the location and how to collect the shipment left at the UPS ACCESS POINT by email. For the re-shipping fee pertinent to your country please email help@thebigdream.co

If you have already placed an order and want to change any data in the shipping address, you can do so when the order has not yet been sent to the printing queue. Enter the order confirmation option and use the button to edit the shipping address. Once your order has been submitted to the printing queue, you must immediately email us at help@thebigdream.co, with the order number and details you wish to change or add. You must do this within 24 hours of ordering shipping. After this time, it may be too late to make a change. In this case, the package will be returned to the sender, but you can receive it at your correct delivery address for an additional charge for the shipping in the area concerned.

Due to the uncertainty caused by COVID-19, there will be an additional margin maximum 1-2 days of delay for some orders.

The estimated time from the moment of placing the order to delivery is the following:

  • The order fulfillment time should not be longer than 4-5 working days taking into consideration the current pandemic situation.
  • Our UPS Free Standard Shipping option is available in The United States, Canada, and the entire European Union. This shipment will take approximately 3 -4 working days and will be fulfilled by UPS.
  • You may also want to use our optional Express shipments by UPS at preferential rates.

All our shipments start from the 5th January 2021

Following options will be available soon:

  • Next-Day shipment with UPS (available at an additional cost which varies depending on your location)
  • Pick up a collection point (depends on the location) will be also available. Check more details at www.ups.com

All our packages come with a tracking code so you will be able to see live where your package is at the current moment.

Customers from all other countries can use our second product and generate DIGITAL POSTER in PDF format and print it at any photo-lab near to them.

We are working to increase the number of countries where the physical printed posters will be available with shipping.

We are currently in discussions with facilities that will cover The Middle East, Asia, Australia, and New Zealand.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

Our gift cards will be available from January 2021. They are non-refundable and non-exchangeable and you cannot redeem them for cash.

We make every effort to ensure that our product is of the highest quality. If you receive a damaged product during transport, you are not satisfied with the print quality, or there is an error, please contact our service office by help@thebigdream.co, and send detailed photos of the damage to the item and packaging. We are fully responsible for damage in transit. In this case, we bear the costs of reprinting and shipping or reimbursement of costs incurred. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns if you are just not satisfied with your purchase as your poster is a custom product and cannot be sold again.

We are not responsible for errors when placing an order. Our board is a fully customized product that cannot be sold to any other customer. If you have made a mistake, you are fully responsible.
